In the same framework aimed at valuing Arab knowledge production, the Anthropology Unit of the International Network for the Study of Arab Societies, in partnership with the Fa’alon Center for Research in Anthropology, Humanities and Social Sciences in Algeria, launched the “Readings” program on January 30, 2022. The “Readings” program aims to open discussions Deep and critical scholarship on the various issues raised by writers and researchers, which expands the circle of influence and moves the academic arena towards more research and writing. In this context, the network held nine monthly seminars during which the latest publications in the field of anthropology, social and human sciences, and related disciplines were discussed, and during which it hosted male and female book authors and male and female researchers who discussed the contents of the books according to critical scientific rules.
